Problem

Schools managing student records, attendance, fees, and results manually face data inconsistencies, delayed parent communication, and administrative overhead that reduces staff productivity.

Solution

Built a complete school admin portal with React and a Node.js/Express.js backend on Supabase. The system automates fee voucher generation with WhatsApp-linked SMS notifications to parents, handles daily attendance for students and teachers, manages academic records, and provides full CRUD control over all entities with role-based access.

How It Works

  1. 01Admin logs in and accesses the full management dashboard.
  2. 02Students and teachers are added, updated, or removed with role assignments.
  3. 03Daily attendance is marked for both students and teachers.
  4. 04Fee vouchers are auto-generated based on student records and due dates.
  5. 05WhatsApp notifications are sent to parents upon voucher generation.
  6. 06Marks are entered per subject; results are auto-calculated and stored.
