Blood Donation
A role-based blood donation management platform connecting Donors, Recipients, and Admins in a unified system. Built with a Node.js REST API, MongoDB for flexible data storage, and a React frontend with Tailwind CSS.
Problem
Blood donation coordination is fragmented — donors, recipients, and administrators operate without a unified platform, causing delays in matching donors to urgent requests and poor visibility into blood availability.
Solution
Built a role-based blood donation management system with distinct flows for Admin, Donor, and Recipient users. The backend uses Node.js with an authentication-ready API structure and MongoDB for flexible data storage across user roles and blood request flows. The React frontend provides a clean interface for each role.
